Terms & Conditions of Shipping & Returns
1) Shipping Charges :
Shipping charges depend on the sum of weight of the total items that you purchase and shipping cost is shown once you place your order and perform Checkout and shipping fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
MY STATION MALL reserves the right to alter or waive the delivery at our absolute discretion.
2) Orders will be processed :
Processing for delivery of parcel will be on the SAME DAY once ORDER / PAYMENT / TRANSACTION is confirmed and a SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER be sent to you.
Monday to Friday: Cut-off time will be at :
> 12.00pm for POSLAJU NATIONAL COURIER
> 12:00pm for OTHERS COURIER COMPANY
Saturday,Sunday & Public Holidays
> Orders that are placed on weekends or Malaysia public holidays will be then processed on the following business day.
MY STATION MALL endeavours to get your item(s) shipped to you as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee to meet the scheduled delivery on all occasions.
Delivery times for suburban/remote areas may be longer and delivery times are indicative only and MY STATION MALL does not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.
All risk of damage or loss is transferred to you upon dispatch of the item(s) to the advised recipient address. MY STATION MALL undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but is not responsible for any damage or loss of your purchase in transit, nor does MY STATION MALL insure against loss or damage of your purchase in transit.
Any delay of the shipment or unavailability of purchased items will be notified through SMS / Email.
Moreover, all items send to you are checked and tested thoroughly in working condition before despatching. Thus all items sold/sent are non-refundable and no warranty is provided,MY STATION MALL reserves the right to alter and apply the shipping & refund policy at our absolute discretion.
If for some reason we made a mistake in filling the correct order, we will refund the full amount of the item including the cost of the return shipping. Please inform us the actual full amount of the return shipping for us to apply this cost to the refund.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Please note that MY STATION MALL implement a NO REFUND POLICY to avoid regular returners. Please be informed that we do not bear the cost of packaging, insurance and shipping for the returned item in exchange for a new item. The item must then be carefully packed and returned to us in good condition (original condition & packing) within 7 days of notification of intent to exchange.
*Buyer will pay for the shipping fees again if shipping was returned due to incorrect delivery address provided by buyer.
